Definitions
For the purpose of this policy:
- “You” refers to the individual or legal entity placing the order on our website.
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to DTFOcean LTD.
- “Service” refers to our website, www.dtfocean.co.uk.
- “Goods” are items offered for sale on our site.
- “Orders” are requests placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, with no need to provide a reason.
This period ends 14 days from the date you receive the Goods, or from the date a third party you assigned (not the courier) receives them.

We’ll refund your order within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using your original payment method with no refund fees.
⚠️ Note: This cancellation policy only applies to hardware and consumables.
Custom or personalised DTF transfers are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are also non-refundable.
Returned Goods must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 14 days
- In original packaging and unused
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised Goods
- Perishable Goods or those near expiry
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items
- Goods that were mixed with others after delivery
We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet these conditions.
Return Process
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the condition of the returned items.
- Use a trackable and insured service.
- No refund will be issued without the actual returned product or delivery confirmation.
A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
Courier & Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies.
- DTF Transfers are sent via guaranteed next-day (pre-1pm) service.
- Consumables are dispatched using standard next-day delivery.
Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after your return is received. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.
